Botox effects typically last 3–6 months. With regular treatments, the duration can increase. We recommend touch-up treatments every 4–6 months.
The injections are barely noticeable thanks to ultra-fine needles. Most patients describe a brief pinch. A numbing cream can be applied upon request.
Botox can be beneficial preventively from the mid-20s to slow wrinkle formation. It is most commonly used from age 30 onwards. The deciding factor is skin condition, not age.
Possible side effects include slight redness or swelling at the injection site, which subsides within a few hours. Serious side effects are extremely rare when performed by qualified professionals.
After a thorough consultation and analysis, the doctor marks the injection points. The actual treatment takes only 15–20 minutes. You can resume normal activities immediately afterwards.
Initial effects appear after 3–5 days. Full results are visible after 10–14 days. At the 2-week follow-up, adjustments can be made if needed.
Botox naturally breaks down in the body. The effect fully wears off after 3–6 months. Unlike fillers, Botox cannot be immediately dissolved.
